CookieForever is built and run by Indexed. We do the setup, so you do not spend an afternoon on categories, script rules and banner texts.
On your website it is one snippet at the top of <head>. The blocker runs first, so the tags it holds cannot set cookies before consent; the banner loads asynchronously, and the heavy lifting happens on our servers — not in your visitors' browsers.

Questions
Good to know before you scan
It opens your front page in a real browser, as a visitor who has not answered the banner yet, lets the scripts run and records which cookies are set. It tells you which of them need consent, which third parties the page contacted, and whether we recognise your consent platform. It checks the front page only; a full scan goes through your whole site.
The blocker is small and has to run first — that is what lets it hold scripts back. The banner itself loads asynchronously, and scanning and the cookie policy happen on our servers, not in the browser.
Because a banner can look right and still let cookies through. The scan shows what actually happens — and if everything is in order, you have it in black and white.
While CookieForever is in beta, the price is agreed with each beta customer. It depends on the number of domains and how often they are scanned, and it will be published before launch — with notice, and no lock-in.
